MEET THE EXPERT BREAKFAST 45 MINUTES SESSION

Company herewith is offered the opportunity to organize a Meet the Expert breakfast session up to 45 minutes. Program subject to the approval of the Congress Scientific Committee. Breakfast is not included and should be provided by company.

  • Opportunity to brand the meeting room
  • Inclusion of a company invitation in the participants' congference bags
  • Industry sessions will be clearly indicated in the meeting timetable/Program as: "Industry Session" not included in the main event CME/CPD credit offering"
  • Support will be acknowledged on the conference mobile app, on the event website, and on signage during the event​
  •  Companies who wish to get CME accreditation, may do so directly with CME Accreditation bodies


FOR ​THE ABOVE SATELLITE SYMPOSIUM PACKAGES, THE FOLLOWING APPLY:

    • Satellite Symposia are offered to industry as non-CME commercial/promotional sessions and are allocated on a "first-come, first-served" basis.
    • Supporting companies are free to choose topics, invite speakers, and control content. However, topic and program are subject to appro​val by the scientific committee.
    • In case where the scientific committee does not approve the Satellite Symposia program, each party will be entitled to cancel the Satellite Symposium booking without paying any penalty for the cancellation or for any damages caused by the cancellation to the other party. Accordingly upon such cancellation, neither of the parties will have any claims, demands or suits towards the other.
    • The company, in addition to the support fee, must cover all speaker expenses, including registration fees, accommodation and travel expenses. This also applies in the case where the speakers have already been invited by the event organizers.
    • Satellite Symposia will be indicated in the program as: Satellite Symposium organized by: Company Name (not included in the main event CME/CPD credit offering).

SPEAKERS’ READY ROOM

Facilities will be available at the Conference Centre for speakers and abstract presenters to check their presentations.

  • The Supporter’s name/or company logo will appear on all signs for this room
  • Opportunity to display Supporter’s logo on screensavers at each workstation
  • Supporter’s logo with hyperlink on Conference website
  • Acknowledgement on Supporters’ Board on-site

LANYARDS

Opportunity to place company logo on the lanyards. The Organizing Committee will select the type and design of the lanyards. The support entitlements are as follows:

  • Supporter’s logo to be printed on the lanyards

BRANDED WATER STATIONS

Water Stations will be scattered all around the venue.  

  • Supporter will be acknowledged on-site

WELCOME RECEPTION / NETWORKING EVENT

​FOOTSTEP STICKERS TOWARDS EXHIBITION
​We offer you the opportunity to brand footstep stickers that lead towards your booth location. The footsteps will be placed from the end of the registration area to the exhibition area.

CUPCAKE STATION IN EXHIBITION AREA
​Cupcakes are the heartwarming treat of Washington​, DC. After the last scientific session of the day, there can be a cupcake station in the exhibition to offer this delicious treat to delegates, free of charge. Your company can provide delicious cupcakes to the delegates! They will be thankful. 
  • The station can be branded with your company name/logo, as well as a banner which can be placed next to the station. The banner will show your company logo. Several options are possible.

COFFEE BREAKS
Coffee will be served during breaks in the exhibition area. Hospitality provided will be in compliance with all relevant industry codes.  

  • Opportunity to have a one day display of company’s logo at the catering point located within the exhibit area
  • Opportunity to provide items bearing company logo for use during the supported break
  • Support will be acknowledged on the conference mobile app, the event website and with signage during the event 


TREATS DURING COFFEE BREAK

​If you have treats (upon approval from committee) that are branded with your company​ logo, you can offer them to the delegates during the coffee breaks. Company has to provide baskets as well for the treats,

HOSPITALITY SUITES/MEETING ROOMS

An opportunity to hire a room at the venue that will be used as a Corporate Suite. The supporting company will be able to host and entertain its guests throughout the event. Companies will have the option to order catering at an additional cost. Hospitality provided will be in compliance with all relevant industry codes.
